1. About BirdieBooker

BirdieBooker is an online tee time reservation platform that connects golfers with participating golf courses. BirdieBooker acts solely as a booking intermediary - we are not a golf course operator and are not responsible for the conditions, policies, or operations of any participating course.

2. Bookings and Reservations

When you complete a booking through BirdieBooker, you are reserving a tee time at a participating golf course. Your confirmation code serves as proof of reservation. BirdieBooker does not guarantee course availability and reserves the right to cancel bookings in the event of system errors or course closures.

All pricing displayed is set by the individual golf course and is subject to change. Prices shown at time of booking are honored for that booking.

3. Payment

Where online payment is enabled, payments are processed securely through Stripe. BirdieBooker does not store your full card details. By completing an online payment, you authorize the charge for the amount shown at checkout.

Where online payment is not enabled, payment is due directly to the golf course at time of play. Prices displayed are estimates and the course may apply additional fees.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by golf course and are set at their discretion. Where online payment was collected, refunds are subject to the course's refund policy and may be full, partial, or non-refundable depending on how far in advance you cancel.

To cancel a booking, sign in to your BirdieBooker account or contact the golf course directly using your confirmation code.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. BirdieBooker reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

6. Limitation of Liability

BirdieBooker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BirdieBooker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any disputes with golf courses regarding course conditions, access, or service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BirdieBooker after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
