1. About BirdieBooker

BirdieBooker provides tee-time booking, golf tracking, GPS tools, swing analysis, and personalized practice-plan features. For reservations, BirdieBooker acts as a booking intermediary and is not responsible for the conditions, policies, or operations of participating courses.

2. Bookings and Reservations

When you complete a booking through BirdieBooker, you are reserving a tee time at a participating golf course. Your confirmation code serves as proof of reservation. BirdieBooker does not guarantee course availability and reserves the right to cancel bookings in the event of system errors or course closures.

All pricing displayed is set by the individual golf course and is subject to change. Prices shown at time of booking are honored for that booking.

3. Payment

Where online payment is enabled, payments are processed securely through Stripe. BirdieBooker does not store your full card details. By completing an online payment, you authorize the charge for the amount shown at checkout.

Where online payment is not enabled, payment is due directly to the golf course at time of play. Prices displayed are estimates and the course may apply additional fees.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Premium is an automatically renewing monthly subscription purchased through your Apple account. The price shown in the app is the localized price charged by Apple. Payment is charged when you confirm the purchase and the subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel Premium from your Apple account subscription settings. Deleting your BirdieBooker account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription. Premium features may change as the service improves, but active subscribers will retain access to the subscription features currently offered during their paid period.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by golf course and are set at their discretion. Where online payment was collected, refunds are subject to the course's refund policy and may be full, partial, or non-refundable depending on how far in advance you cancel.

To cancel a booking, sign in to your BirdieBooker account or contact the golf course directly using your confirmation code.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may permanently delete your account from Profile in the mobile app. BirdieBooker may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

7. Golf and AI Guidance

Swing ratings, club suggestions, GPS measurements, projections, and practice plans are informational estimates, not guarantees or professional medical advice. Confirm distances and competition rules yourself, stop any drill that causes pain, and consult a qualified coach or health professional where appropriate.

When you request swing analysis, the selected swing clip may be transmitted securely to contracted AI-processing providers solely to generate the requested rating and coaching feedback. Details about processing and retention are provided in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

BirdieBooker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BirdieBooker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including golf performance outcomes or disputes with golf courses.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BirdieBooker after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
