  • -Name, email address, and phone number when making a booking
  • -Account credentials (email and hashed password) if you create a BirdieBooker account
  • -Booking history including course, date, time, and number of golfers
  • -Payment information - processed and stored securely by Stripe; BirdieBooker does not store full card numbers
  • -Session cookies to keep you signed in

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • -Process and confirm your tee time reservations
  • -Send booking confirmation emails
  • -Share your name, contact, and booking details with the golf course you've booked at
  • -Maintain your account and booking history
  • -Process payments and issue refunds through Stripe
  • -Improve and operate the BirdieBooker platform

3. Information Sharing

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • -With the golf course you have booked at, so they can manage your reservation
  • -With Stripe, our payment processor, to complete transactions
  • -If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of BirdieBooker and its users

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies and Sessions

BirdieBooker uses cookies solely to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings, which will sign you out of your account.

5. Data Retention

We retain booking records for operational and legal purposes. If you would like your account or booking data deleted, contact us at the address below and we will process your request within 30 days.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and secure payment processing through Stripe. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may access, update, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us. If you are located in a jurisdiction with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR or CCPA), you may have additional rights regarding your data.
